AIX WALLET LLC is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business under registration number 31000287499520. This registration subjects the Company to federal anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), 31 U.S.C. § 5311 et seq., and the regulations promulgated thereunder at 31 C.F.R. Part 1022.
Identity and Verification Data. To comply with our AML/KYC obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act and FinCEN regulations, we collect government-issued identification documents, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the results of liveness verification checks performed through a regulated third-party identity verification provider.
Account Information. When you create a Unicwap account, we collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide during account setup. We do not collect, store, or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrases.
Transaction Data. We collect records of transaction requests initiated through the platform, including destination addresses, asset types, and amounts. This information is retained as required under 31 C.F.R. § 1022.410.
Technical Data. We automatically collect IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system information, and usage logs when you access the platform. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, and platform improvement.
Communications. If you contact us by email, phone, or contact form, we retain records of those communications for service and compliance purposes.
We use personal information for the following purposes, each grounded in a lawful basis:
Compliance with Legal Obligations. We process identity and transaction data to fulfill our obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN regulations (31 C.F.R. Part 1022), and applicable state money transmission laws. This includes customer identification, ongoing due diligence, suspicious activity reporting, and recordkeeping.
Platform Operation. We use account and technical data to provide, maintain, and improve the Unicwap platform, authenticate users, and ensure platform security.
Fraud Prevention and Security. We analyze technical and behavioral data to detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, and other security threats.
Communications. We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, provide service notifications, and deliver information relevant to your use of the platform.

No Sale of Personal Data. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Under 31 C.F.R. § 1022.410, we are required to retain records related to customer identification and transactions for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction or account closure, whichever is later.
Technical data and usage logs are generally retained for 12 months unless a longer retention period is required for security or compliance purposes. Communications with users are retained for a period of three years from the date of last contact.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize personal information in a manner consistent with applicable data destruction standards.
We implement technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process. These include encryption of data in transit using TLS, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, regular security assessments, and incident response procedures.
